The standard gain horn antennas are used in emission and immunity tests over 1 to 40 GHz frequency ranges. Each antenna has medium gain, low VSWR and a constant antenna factor. Each one is is linearly polarized for this. Its performance is precise and also predictable on account of design parameters. Comparisons of computed antenna factors versus measured factors have been shown as being at /- .5 dB. This the antenna means that the antenna is considered to be a standard reference, in similarity to that of a resonant dipole that is below 1 GHz. Each one comes with a tripod mount that is going to be able to adapt to any tripod with ¼-20 male threads. The antenna on the tripod can be rotated to obtain horizontal and vertical polarization.
